I've been meaning to place a link to this site for some time now but just haven't had the time to do it.

Graham Jeffery's Sensitive Light site is a warehouse of inspiration for anyone who feels that their creative photography juices have turned into molasses.

The starting point that I would recommend is his list of galleries, which will give you a lot of inspiring photos to look at. Personal favorites include hoverflies and colored smoke.

Another nice feature of this site: images load FAST, which is more than I can say for a lot of other photo-packed sites that I've seen.

As I am doing research for the Digital SLR Guide, I periodically come across other sites that provide exceptional information about either about how to use your digital SLR camera, or what to do with all of those digital photos that you've now got sitting on your hard drive.

Photojojo is the latter, and is an exceptionally fun site with a ton of creative ideas about how you can take relatively boring digital snapshots and turn them into creative art projects.

For example, their latest offering is the do-it-yourself 15 minute photo snow globe. Take a photo, waterproof it, pop it in a bottle with water, corn syrup and glitter, cap and enjoy.
